Welcome to Sugar Lady Wax Studio. By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointment $ cancellations
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Cancellation or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-show may result in a 50% service fee.

1. Payments
payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments through Vagaro.

3. Refunds
All sales and services are final. we do not offer refunds for completed services. however, if you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.

4. Health & Safety 
Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, medication, or skin sensitivities before your service. Sugar Lady Wax Studio reserves the right to decline service if conditions are not safe for treatment.

5. Privacy
your personal information is kept confidential and will only be used for booking, communication, and client records.
